Help the HR officer & Domestic Bursar find the harassment officer!

New College have a harassment policy, the trouble is it is just a piece of paper.  When questioned in the Employment Tribunal, the Domestic Bursar and the HR officer had no clue who the harassment officers or representatives were.  After consulting the New College staff handbook, they discovered that the Domestic Bursar is recommended as one of the first points of contact if you suffer harassment; well good luck with that, especially if the harassment is coming from that direction.  When I complained of harassment I was advised to see occupational health! That is not part of their policy.    http://www.new.ox.ac.uk/Policy_Documents/Harassment.php
