New College, Oxford - Blatant flouting of the RRA amendment act in regard to specific duties for HEI's.

When I asked the New College HR officer, about monitoring staff,  so as to ensure that their policies did not impact negatively on any particular racial group, her response was that she had no need to do so:  'I dont see people like that, everyone one is the same to me'.  This response showed the total lack of regard for the RRA amendment act, in fact it showed total ignorance of it, she had  no clue whatsoever what I was talking about.  The only monitoring New College bother with is a 'voluntary box to fill in on their application form'.  I have documentation of New College admitting this.
