Oxford Uni student: Group disparities - Belief that Black people have lower IQ's

Student newspaper says that David Lammy was 'partially right' but they do not believe for one minute that Oxford is racist.
Oxford is not racist according to David Thomas, the author, but he publishes a comment that quotes 'research' that puts IQ down to the genetics of Black people.

That is groups are going to have overlapping distributions of traits, but may have different proportions (like more men being over 6 feet tall). In terms of psychometrics you can expect to see a higher proportion of East Asians, at elite colleges (average iq 105)."
