HEY PEEPS❤  imma share something to you guyz~ actually today i won't blogging cause i got something to do and later on i got gathering to catch up~ but after i knew this news from FACEBOOK, i suddenly feel wanna blog about her~  =]

fyi, this girl is called 嘉雯❤  and she already pass away~  and guess what? she's just 16 years old, which is same age as my younger sister, so young~ and if you ask me how she died? here are some information that i found on fb:

美少女謝嘉雯，早年輟學並正在修讀美容課程，现在居住在雪蘭莪，適耕莊B村。

星期天晚上10時左右，謝嘉雯與他的舅舅相約到一間咖啡廳喝茶聊天。
在晚上約11時左右，謝嘉雯突然昏倒，因此他的舅舅急忙把嘉雯送到距離適耕莊約15公里的丹絨加弄醫院急救。

當時醫院急救室裡沒有醫生，也沒有任何醫護人員。
在大約半個小時後，才有醫生到來。

一下是这些确德医生的“慌唐”说词：

1）經過診斷後，醫生的“随便诊断”回答是：
“可能是頭痛，可能是跌倒，也可能是嚇到。最後該名醫生說，死者已沒事，可以回家了”。

但是，我們所有的人都看到，嘉雯已經是不能動了，嘴巴也歪了一邊，怎麼可能是沒有事呢？？？？

2）因此嘉雯的家属要求立刻辦理轉院手續，要院方安排救傷車載送死者到雙溪毛糯醫院。
當時已經是半夜1點多了，但是該名确得的醫生說：

“所有救傷車已經壞了（semua ambulance rosak），不能送死者到雙溪毛糯醫院”！！！

但是嘉雯的家属卻看到5輛救傷車排列在醫院前！！！

3）在2點多時，其中一輛還倒退停放在急救室前，嘉雯的家属就問該名醫生為甚麼說救傷車坏了，這時該名醫生回說：
“没有救傷車的司機”！！！

但是嘉雯的家属卻看到有關司機在休息室喝茶！！！

4）當時他們也和醫生理論，這時該名醫生卻說：
“可以用救傷車，但是要收錢。”！！！

為了快點把死者送到雙溪毛糯醫院急救，他們答應會給錢。

最后，在抵達雙溪毛糯醫院的急救室時，該院的醫生問起為甚麼那麼遲才送來醫院急救，因為一切已經太遲了，死者已經腦死了！！！

各位，天理何在？？？
这间《丹絨加弄醫院》的政府医院可以这样对待病人吗？？？
看到这样确德的医生，心中的怒火都燃烧到头顶了！！！

Mr. Darcy and the Secret of Becoming a Gentleman, by Maria Hamilton is a fantastic new Pride and Prejudice variation. This novel tells the story of what would have happened if Mr. Darcy set off to take care of the problems he caused. After Elizabeth Bennet's rejection of his suit, Darcy journeys to Hertfordshire to right his wrongs against his friend Mr. Bingley and Jane Bennet. Soon Elizabeth comes to see Darcy in a whole new light as he strives to be a true gentleman.

I loved this book. An interesting and fun twist, written extremely well. It was exciting, compelling, and had a great plot. It also had the perfect amount of romance. It started off small then built to the point of sheer bliss in a way that made me blush and giggle with glee! :) And the new characters fit perfectly. I also enjoyed Jane and Bingley in this novel. Often in Pride and Prejudice-based novels, there is either too much about Jane and Bingley or not enough. This book got it just right. And Darcy....wow. He was absolutely wonderful, swoon-worthy, and true to Jane Austen's original character. Make sure to pick this book up. You're in for a treat!

is your case eb2 or eb3? what nationality are you from? if you are eb2 india, then it could potentially mean that you might get GC within one year...

I am working for my current company since 2001 and started GC process in 2003(EB3 10/2003). So far my company paid all expenses towards my GC. I applied for 485 in 8/07.

Recently I got an offer as Manager. This is a much better position.

If I take that offer, will my current employer have the right to cancel I-140(since he incurred all the expenses towards my GC).

My company's current lawyer will definitely send the cancellation of G-28. in addition I am sure he will also intimate that I am not working with my current employer anymore. In addition I am also afraid he might cancel my I-140 with the intimation from my current employer. In this case, is it better for me to approach a new lawyer and send the AC21 letter attaching my new offer before my current lawyer/employer does their process.

Do i need any other letter from my new employer other than the Offer Letter to send the AC21 letter?

I did not tell my new employer that I am now on EAD (becoz he does not understand anything except GC or Citizenship). is it OK if I dont tell beofre I join them?

Guys,
I am going to apply for Eb2. I already have Eb3 approved with the company that I am currently working. The other brand new company is offering me Eb2 with Perm but they don�t have any master degree in the company and also they have a very dummy attorney. I am not joining them until I can file 485 and make sure that I would not lose my PD.
I am form rest of the word category and the Eb2 in current.
Can some one help me with the ad text for Industrial engineer with +6 years of experience. The attorney doesn�t have any clue about Eb2 and specific add in paper. I guess I am going to help her.
I really appreciate your help. I just need to get some help from you guys to make sure I have the add cover correctly

It seems quite a few individuals with older priority dates from 2003 & 2004 are still waiting for a decision on their RiR cases (both state and regional) from Dallas BEC. It has been recently reported that many of these cases have received RFE's from BEC on a variety of issues (they might also have had an RFE at state or regional). I think it would be advantageous for all of us in similar situation if we can anonymously post the type of RFE's we receive and possible ramifactions for the same.

If some one knows of a similar thread elsewhere please provide a link, that way we can avoid duplicates.

Did anyone get their 140 approved from Vermont?
My 140 and 485 were filed late July 07 in Nebrasks and I got notices stating the 485 was transferred to Texas and 140 was being processed in Vermont.
The Vermont processing time for 140s has been stagnant at April 2006 for a long time.
Wondering if anyone has any updates on this.

Here is my story
July 2nd - Wife and I applied for 485\EAD\AP

The lawyer sent a single check(I know !!! I know !!!)
Our applications got separated.

Mine came back on Aug 30th and my wifes last week
We have now refiled
This time it has gone for "special handling"-bypassing the mail room

I haven't got the receipt yet

Anyone who had a similar experience or went via special handling for some other reason...
How long does it take to get the receipt nowadays ?
(I couldn't see any receipt update on USCIS- I guess most of the people are past that stage)

Will special-handling speed up my Receipt OR EAD OR AP?

Hey vibedesign,
Create and animate the text that you wish to have "wireframed" in Swift 3D. When exporting the SWF, make sure you select the No Fill option. Consequently, make sure you select the Outline option with Entire Mesh or another setting selected! That should export your animation without the fill but with the outlines instead. That will look like a wireframe text effect!

Applied for LCA on august 5 , got the reply "FEIN not found" on august 13, faxed additional documents on same day still did not hear back from DOL.. Pls advice how long it will take now???????

Just go to "edit photo" and you should be able to copy an image from an album to the monthly challenge.

How do I post to the monthly contest and keep the pictures in my albums? If I copy the images it posts them again in the "today's photos". Is there a way to post to just your album without them going to "today's photos"?

A6. Forms I-485 should be filed at either the Texas or Nebraska Service Centers. However, through August 17, 2007 only, employment-based adjustment applications filed at the California and Vermont Service Centers will not be rejected and will be relocated to the appropriate Service Center. Dear all:

May I ask what I should do in the following situation?

I hold F1 visa and my new job starts on Sept 1. The int'l student office of my current university mistakenly set my OPT start date on May 6. My OPT has been approved and EAD card arrived.

That is, I will have 120-plus "unemployment" days accumulated by early August, which will then violate the "90-day unemployment rule" of OPT.

I am under tremendous pressure and really want to hear your opinions.

The new employer, as per their policy is planning to file labor application in EB3 category and NOT in EB2 category.

My question is, the way I post PD from old approved 140, do I port the EB2 category also? ie will my PD get compared with EB2 PD or EB3 PD when it comes to filing 485?

if it is an extension of B2 status, I don't think your case will be transferred to a different center if you move to a different state. you just have to inform the service center regarding change of address(I think you can send a AR-11 form) this is just my personal opinion. please check with the lawyer who filed your extension or other experts

The couple applied for the green card together. The husband applied under the EB1 category and his wife also applied with him as dependent. The green card of the couple has been approved and is expected to arrive in a month's time. The wife is not in US currently. She is outside US. Will the husband get his green card & the wife's green card in his wife's absence? Will there be any complications in the husband's green card in this case?

On July 29, the National Review Online broke the story about a leaked USCIS memo entitled "Administrative Alternatives to Comprehensive Immigration Reform". Immediately, Senate Republicans went on the attack. Senator Charles Grassley(R-Iowa) did not hesitate to invoke the dreaded "A word": "This memo give credence to our concerns that the administration will go to great lengths to circumvent Congress and unilaterally execute a back door amnesty plan." A "back door amnesty plan"? Whoa! Now, wouldn't that be a great issue for the Republicans in the November elections? However, Senator Grassley must be hoping that people will not take the time...

Hi,
My PD is Dec-04 and I-485 filing date is Sept-07.

I changed my job in Aug-2008 and discontinued my H1B which is expired in Sept-2008. Now my only legal status is 'adjustment of status from H1B to Permanent Resident'. I think this is very common state most of the people waiting looong for GC fall into.

Now, I saw one of my friend's i-485 denied (with NO option to reopen!) bcoz an approved I-140 was not attached to this application. I agree that this is not simple mistake for USCIS can ignore, but there is always a 'very very remote' possibility that every application can be quetioned due to some flows in the filing.

Here is my question: Since I discontinued my H1B status and I am still in this country, can I apply for a fresh H1B? I am thinking because H1B quota is still open this year and to face any unexpected reason for 485 denial!
